Return / Exchange Policy
Hi friends, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
NOTE: Please make sure to submit all exchanges / refunds for all items in your order on the FIRST return order! More info below.

How Do Returns Work?
We offer returns & exchanges within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. You can do any of the following:
- Return your product for store credit.
- Exchange it for another product.
- Request a Refund to the original payment method.

Please note that should you choose to request a refund on your return, there will be a $7.00 shipping and restocking fee. Should you choose to return for store credit, the full amount will be refunded in the form of store credit. International returns (refund or store credit) will require the customer to purchase and print their own shipping label. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note the requirements & exceptions for our return/exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information on what items can/can not be returned, open the What Items Can Be Returned/Exchanged section below.
- Returned/Exchanged items must have all tags still on and be returned in its original product packaging.
- Returned/Exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Please make sure to be careful of deodorant and makeup stains. This can cause your return to be rejected.
- For Bodysuits, please make sure to wear undergarments when trying on. Returns of any kind will be rejected when there is evidence of this rule not being followed.
- If an item has been received through an exchange, it will no longer be available for refund, but it can be exchanged.
- For Bundle Returns / Exchanges, open the Bundles section below.
The return window closes at 5PM EST on the 20th day after taking delivery.
Furthermore, refunds / exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. You will be provided updates on your return request automatically, but feel free to inquire at support@shoprayn.co or using our contact page.

How Do Exchanges Work?
It’s easy! If you don’t love the piece you’ve purchased, you can simply change it for another one.
Exchanges with us are free! There is no shipping / processing fee for exchanges. With that said, please note the following:
- We currently only offer exchanges for customers in the US and Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If you want to exchange your item for a different item that is priced lower, you’ll receive the difference in store credit.
- If you want to exchange your item for a different item that is priced higher, you’ll be required to pay the difference.
- Please make sure to submit all exchanges / refunds in the first return order. The first exchange on an order will be free but any subsequent exchange will have a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Furthermore, please read the additional exceptions & rules for exchanges:

Once you’ve initiated an exchange, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (for domestic customers only) to send your items back to us.
If you've opted to do an even variant exchange, and you've selected "Instant Exchange", your order will be on it's way before we receive your original items. Otherwise, we will send out your new items once your old items have been received! In the future, we hope to be able to send out all orders immediately. Thank you for your patience.

What Items Can Be Returned / Exchanged?
There are 2 reasons why an item can not be returned or exchanged.
1. Any item that has been marked down can NOT be returned (this is not including bundles. For more information on Bundles, open the Bundles section below).
2. Any item that has already been received through an exchange is no longer eligible for a refund (but can still be exchanged).

Bundles
Bundles are NOT considered "final sale" items! They are returnable/exchangeable as normal pieces!
If you've purchased a Bundle and would like to return / exchange items from it, please read the following.
Each item in a bundle is considered the same as any other item. Each can be individually returned or exchanged.
Please note the same requirements and exclusions apply for items purchased as part of a bundle.

Unique To Bundles: Since each bundle item is technically purchased at a discount, that is the amount that will be used when you submit a return or exchange.
